Changed your mind?

Message me from the contact page within 14 days of receiving your order and I will send you the return address. Please send the print back unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you.

Once the print arrives back, I refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Arrived damaged or faulty?

That is on me, not you. Tell me from the contact page within 14 days of delivery and I will ask you for a photo of the print and the packaging, then send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. There is no need to post anything back.

The wrong item arrived?

Same as above: one photo, one email, and I will make it right.

Your legal rights

If you are buying from the European Union or the United Kingdom you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. The policy above gives you that right and does not limit any other rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Return windows for international orders start when your print is delivered, not when you order it.
