How your print is made and sent

Each print is made to order. I do not hold stock. When you order, the file goes to my print partner Prodigi, a professional fine art print network, and is printed and dispatched from their lab closest to your delivery address. Their labs are in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States and Australia.

Prints are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of your order.

Delivery times after dispatch

• Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States: 2 to 5 business days
• Rest of the world: 5 to 10 business days

You get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking by email where tracking is available for your destination.

Customs and import fees

Because prints are produced in or near your own region, customs charges are rare. If your country does apply an import fee, it is the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging

Prints are shipped unframed, rolled in a protective tube or flat in rigid packaging depending on the size.
